That's the Logitech Harmony 525 remote that's having 3 events fired. A stock standard MCE remote (in my case the Hauppauge MCE remote that comes with their TV tuners) is firing 2 events. I assume this will be the same for all MCE remotes.

So Strange. But the log only shows 1 executed event from Intelliremote? So now I am really confused where the 2 and 3 events are coming from. Possibly from inside the AutoIt DLL?

The fact that different remotes are causing 2 and 3 events means there's some relationship between; the way the command is being sent from the remote; AutoItX pause scripts; and the Block signal on Tray Blink. If you can determine the difference between standard MCE remote commands and the Logitech Harmony 525 commands, that will be the key to understanding the relationship between the AutoItX pause scripts and the Block signal on Tray Blink. That's how I would go about trying to solve the mystery if I had the necessary technical knowledge to do so.
