SOLVED: Double push windows 10.

Postby SUPERBIF » Tue Jan 12, 2016 2:59 am

Hi i have been using Intelliremote for a long time now but In Windows 10 suddenly I get double push. The last time I tried the reg command to disable it, it didn't work in Windows 10. Perhaps it's a Windows update or something. Am I the only one with this problem?

Someone else reported this too. I think a Windows Update restored the registry entries that enable the default MS behavior.

It's this post...

Thanks for replying. So what do you suggest I do to get it working again?

Yes look in the registry and delete those keys and restart your PC.

The Intelliremote installer deletes those registry entries when it installs but if Windows Update resotres them you can delete them manually or reinstall using our installer.

Can you specify which 4 keys:) so I'm sure it's the right ones.

Got to this registry key...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da

And delete CodesetNum0 through 3
