JIntellitype is definitely not a keyboard sniffer it is meant to capture a global keystroke combination like CTRL+ALT+G to take some action or bring your application to the foreground.

I want to perform some specfic actions after a mouse event or key event has been detected.I want to detect such events(keypress or mouseclick) even when my application is not in focus.

Unfortunately JIntellitype cannot capture anything mouse related and it sounds like this is not the right API for your needs.
