Typed Chars are not getting displayed in the actual frame

Postby maria_rajesh » Tue Jul 31, 2012 6:59 am

Hi,
I'm new to Jintellitype, when I execute the example code (JIntellitypeTester) and type characters such as semicolon in notepad, I can see the keycode corresponding to semicolon in the output window, But the semicolon is not getting displayed in the original notepad window.

How can I resolve this?
Any help would be appreciated!

If you register something as a hotkey I believe it makes that key no longer functional for the keyboard. That is why it is dangerous to use real keys. Microsoft designed this for things like CTRL+SHIFT+L or F8 etc not for a regularly used keystroke.
