Today I go an Iphone today and thought I could just install your app. i just dont get it, I looked at the tutorial and it was talking about pc servers ect? I dont get it. Do I have to jump hoops for putting this on all my pcs or am I missing something because I just cant get it to work.

It sounds like you are confused about the setup?

Intelliremote is a PC application that controls your PC and runs on your PC.

Intelliphone is a FREE iPhone app that connects to your Intelliremote running on your PC so you can send commands to your PC like a real remote.

Does that help?

OH!!! Gotcha. You might be having firewall issues. Make sure you are using the latest Intelliremote 2.7.9.

Windows 7 shouldn't be too different. Just look on the INFO tab of Intelliremote and it tells you your IP Address right on the Info tab. 192.xxx.xxx.xxx

Then enter that data in the Intelliphone settings for Host. Leave Port 6000 as it is.
