Some guy at my university is using Firesheep and that really piss*s me off because I had to change all my passwords
So it would be really cool if I could buy BlueSocket Authenticator to be able to use the protected wifi my university offers.
There seems to be no other tool or possibility to get the protected wifi to work with my iPad or iPhone
Gerald22 wrote:Hm, that's some bad news
I'm trying to get my iPhone to work with the BlueSocket now with the iPhone Configuration Utility by Apple but I don't know if that's gonna work...
Well, we'll see
Gerald22 wrote:I sure do
If you want to do a good app, you have to do it right which includes testing.
But it's a pity for "the rest of us" who still have to deal with BlueSocket...
Anyway, my experiment with the iPhone Configuration Tool was a big success. It works like a charm. No problems by now.
If somebody's interestet in the how-to, I'll post my steps if that's ok for you?!
