Hi,
Just downloaded MediaMonkey this morning and I'm having a couple of issues. Hoping someone can help!
MediaMonkey version 4.0.7.1511, Standard Edition (Unregistered)
iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4
1) When I open MediaMonkey and connect my iPhone, I get a message that the firmware for my iPhone/iPod is not compatible, and that I can view media but not write to device. Can that be fixed?
2) I can't view all of the music that is on my iPhone. This is the main reason I downloaded MediaMonkey. I reformatted my old computer and lost my old iTunes library (didn't do the transfer properly). I have a ton of music from ripped CDs, other-obtained media, and iTunes purchases. I wanted a program to consolidate everything into one long list where I can edit metadata and playlists. I'm fine managing my video with iTunes.
However, I can only see the music on my iphone that I manually added to my iTunes library and synced with my iphone. When I look ON my iPhone Music app I see tons of other albums and singles. I can't seem to "see" these in any application, though. I tried CopyTrans and that program couldn't see them either. I thought that was a problem with CopyTrans but I'm having the same problem here. MM is only seeing the albums that were officially brought over into my iPhone, not the media that was on there previously.
Please let me know what additional information you need to help me come to a solution. Thanks!
